Sagar Kapadia

Sagar is the founder of the organization. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada and a Chartered Accountant from India. He is also certified in the In-Depth Tax Program (IDTP) by CPA Canada, which is the most comprehensive, practical, and relevant tax training program in Canada. This certification has helped him provide better solutions in today's complex tax environment.

With over 10 years of public accounting experience working with CPA firms, including Big 4's, his educational qualifications and experience have provided him with vast and in-depth knowledge in the areas of finance, accounting, consulting, and tax.

Ushma Shah, CA (India)

Ushma is a Chartered Accountant from India with over 8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, business process management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. She has worked in various business segments, including facilities management, HVAC, bearings and mechanical components, and PTS solutions.

Her education and experience in different organizations have enabled her to excel not only in accounting and finance but also in internal controls and business process improvements, which are key to a successful business.
